General Terms of Business Online Image Archive

  I. General information
  (1) WILDER KAISER has set up an online image archive, which is used to provide images via an internet database. The images, subjects and logos provided may only be used to promote the Wilden Kaiser region's tourist offer.

  (2) Any form of publication of the image material or a part thereof shall be deemed to be use in the sense of these General Terms and Conditions. In addition, layout, copy, projection, reproduction, imprinting, scanning and storage of the image material in electronic data media also apply if they are only image parts.

  (3) Extensive processing or reconstruction of one or more pictures must be approved by the Tourist Board Wilder Kaiser.

  (4) The indication of the source of the image when one or more images are published is obligatory.

(5) Pictures of Bergdoctor-actors may only be used for editorial reporting, commercial use by third parties is expressly prohibited.
